ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Some Dougherty County students are rewarded for their hard work. Students enrolled in the high school high tech program were recognized for all their achievements Friday.

The 67 students enrolled in the program all have some type of disability, but that doesn't mean they can't accomplish their goals. Instructor Morris Rainey said, "They can be extremely successful and they are. Some of our grads are in the military and working at various endeavors around South Georgia and around the country."

The awards ceremony took place at the Education center at Chehaw.
