ALBANY, GA (WALB) - An empty building downtown will soon come back to life.

ADICA will take over management of the Ritz Cultural Center.

Downtown Manager Don Buie says that will help out with revitalization and strengthen the Harlem district.

They plan to put different programs and services in the center and bring it back to full community use.

The Ritz Cultural Center was built in the 1930's and has sat empty for about two years.
