ALBANY, GA (WALB) -Albany Police are still looking for the man who attacked and robbed an 88-year old woman at her own home Tuesday.

They increased patrols in the Edgerly Avenue area after a man with a hood over his head attacked Charlie Mae Posey.

The man tried to push his way into her house as she was walking in, grabbed her purse, and pepper sprayed her in the face.

Posey was taken to the hospital but is OK.

Police say they will not tolerate attacks on the elderly.

The attacker is a heavy set black man around 6 feet tall.
