ALBANY, GA (WALB) - An update now to a drug and gun raid across from a school we first told you about Monday.  We now know there was a baby inside when the home was raided.

Police found guns and drugs inside the Lily Pond Road home of Michael Moore and his girlfriend Dawn Laster just after 11 o'clock Monday morning.

They weren't home when authorities showed up, but Moore's 7-month old child was there in the care of another man.

Moore and Laster are both charged with manufacturing marijuana, manufacturing marijuana within 1000 feet of Lamar Reese Elementary School and weapons possession.

Moore is also charged with 7 counts of possessing a firearm by a felon.
