Leesburg, GA (WALB) - The Lee County girls basketball program has only had one signing in the school's history.
That changed Monday as OT Burden signed a scholarship with Brewton Parker.
"I love the environment. The environment was excellent. It's a great school, it was pretty, it had great qualities" said Burden.
OT is hoping her success will inspire future Trojans.
"I think that our girls now see that you can do it even though you might not have the background but you can do it anyway" said Burden.
In her senior season with Lee County OT averaged 9.4 points and 6 rebounds per game.
