Health Emergency declared because of mosquito population

Ben Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Cook, Echols, Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes, Tift and Turner Counties have been declared emergency areas dramatic increase in mosquito activity following the heavy rains and flooding of last month.
