The Albany Police Department is holding a news conference Monday afternoon to announce that they have made an arrest in the murder of 88-year-old Mabel Berry on Highland Avenue.

Thirty-three year old Tiffany Wise was arrested at 11:45 Sunday night and is in jail for the murder of Berry.
