ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Police have found some evidence, but the search continues for an armed robber. The Taco Bell restaurant on North Slappey was robbed just after 10:00 AM Saturday.

Employees told police that a man wearing a mask pointed a gun at them, jumped over the counter, grabbed the bank deposit bag, and ran out of the restaurant.

Police later found that bag not far from the scene, but of course the money was gone. Police believe the suspect was possibly a teenager.

Anyone with information about this robbery, can call Crime Stoppers at 229-436-TIPS.
