ALBANY, GA (WALB) -One of the Albany homes invaded by armed robbers Sunday night was invaded early Friday morning by Drug and Gang Unit Officers.

They seized more than one and a half pounds of crack cocaine with a street value of more than $71,000. The SWAT team led the raids on an apartment on East Roosevelt Avenue and the home on Crescent Drive just after midnight. The Albany Dougherty Drug Unit and Albany Gang Task Force then came in to complete the Investigation.

Craig Harrell, Shundreka Gibson, Donte Brown, and Montell Wingfield were arrested.

ADDU Commander Bill Berry said  "The Crescent home, which had been the victim of a home invasion earlier this week, was where they were processing this cocaine into crack. Then placing it into bags and carrying it over to the 1301 East Roosevelt Address, and selling it."

Investigators say this drug operation involved three gangs. Officers also seized $6,400, along with powder cocaine and marijuana, and two cars.
