THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - Investigators in Decatur County are looking for a Bainbridge man who stabbed another man in the back.   Investigators say the stabbing happened at a home where there were a meth lab.

Around 2:30 Wesdnesday morning, investigators say Edward Chambers stabbed 46-year-old Joseph Curls between the shoulder blades during an argument over a woman. It happened at a house on Josey Lane in Decatur County.

When investigators went to investigate the stabbing, they found the meth lab. The woman who lives there, Pamela Sandifer, is charged with possession and manufacturing methamphetamine. 

"We anticipate some more arrests for the manufacturing," said Maj. Wendell Cofer of the Decatur Co. Sheriff's Office. "And the suspect, Edward Earl Chambers, known as Little Robert, is a fugitive and we anticipate charging him with aggravated assault and investigate his participation in the meth lab."

Investigators believe Chambers, who is He's 5'6, and weighs 150 pounds, may be in north Florida. He was last seen driving a grey 1986 Toyota pick up truck.

Joseph Curls, the stabbing victim, is recovering.
