ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Starting Monday, you can again hear our 6:00 newscast over the radio waves in southwest Georgia.

WALB is again partnering with Clear Channel Communication to bring you the 6:00 news on B-100. Starting Monday at 6:00 you can hear the entire broadcast.

Program Director Kurt Baker says it's a important service for the community who can't always be home at 6:00.

"You get caught in your office, or you're driving home, or maybe you're somewhere you don't necessarily get great TV reception, it's important that we keep you informed and its important that not only Channel 10 but B-100 play an important role in keeping people up to date."

The partnership will also include updates on Clear Channel stations during breaking news along with updates when severe weather strikes.
