Arrest made in Tift County shooting

TIFTON, GA (WALB) - A man accused of shooting a Tifton woman is in jail Wednesday night.

19-year-old Darrel Martin turned himself in at the Tift County Sheriff's office Tuesday.

Warrants were issued for Martin Sunday night after 18-year-old Suwanna Waters was shot on Wilson Street.

She is in good condition at Tift Regional Medical Center.
