Pelham, GA (WALB) - Surveillance video from the Sunday robbery at Aden's Mini Market on Highway 19 showed a masked man waiting until the clerk started closing the store.

Just after midnight, he forced him to unlock the front door and go back inside. The robber grabbed money from the register and ran.

"The clerk was not hurt," said Inv. Rod Williams of the Pelham Police Department.  "When he ran out, he ran south and behind the store to Cotton Avenue."

The robber was 5'6" to 5'9", 160 pounds and was wearing a black T-shirt and washed out jeans.

People in the area saw a man running down the road and reported a suspicious car, a tan Ford Taurus.

If you have any information about the armed robbery, contact the Pelham Police Department at 229-294-6000.
