ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A Lee County teen has been indicted for a truck crash that killed his friend.
20-year-old Bradley Donald McDaniel is charged with vehicular homicide and DUI.
He was driving a small pickup truck that overturned and crashed on Carter Place Road in Lee County last March. His passenger, 19-year-old Dalton Dockery, was killed.
Investigators say McDaniel was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. He's also charged with failure to maintain a lane and unsafe driving.
