ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Westover outruns Monroe for the region 1-AAA track title.

Patriots Kenji Breedlove paced Westover with a win in 100m dash and triple jump. 

Breedlove also ran on the Patriots region winning 4 x 100 relay and was second in the long jump and the 4 x 400 relay team.

Monroe finished second at 125 points.

Tift County won the 1-AAAAA meet by just five points over Warner Robins.

The top two finishers in each event qualify for the GHSA state track meet next week in Jefferson.
