Agents say that police responded to the apartment because of a burglar alarm. Officers found the back door broken open and went inside. That's where they detected a strong odor of marijuana, and saw pot in plain view.More >>

Moultrie - A woman is struck by a car while walking in a Walmart parking lot.
Police say a Moultrie teenager was in a parked car at the Moultrie Walmart when he bumped the gear shift into reverse while trying to open the trunk. The running car rolled back and hit 72-year-old Shirley Naugle Dillon of Pavo.
Police are looking at security cameras to confirm the teenager's story.
Dillon is in fair condition at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
