ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Attorney Charlie Peeler spent the past two weeks in a jury trial in Florida, fighting on behalf of Thione International, an Atlanta-based supplement company.

Thione filed a lawsuit against Advanced Bodycare Solutions, its marketing partner for improperly using trademarks and the likeness of the creator of the products.

A jury agreed with Thiones claims and awarded the company $2.5 Million.

"It makes me feel great, but primarily because Thione and Dr. Hersh, they're the type of clients that make you want to go to law school," said Peeler. "They are wonderful folks and it was just an honor to represent them and to see justice done in their favor."

The suit also alleged that Advanced Bodycare was claiming credit for the products that Thione sold.
