ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Albany Tech president Anthony Parker said he never would have imagined how far his school's basketball program has come in two years.

One week after Titans had their first player to sign a division one scholarship, Albany Tech has two players sign with division two.

Albany Tech stars Truett O'Neal and Marcus Jackson both are staying in town to play for Chris Cameron and Albany State.

O'Neal was an all region performer averaging 15 points and ten rebounds a game.

Marcus Jackson from Ocilla averaged ten points a game.

For O'Neal the scholarship to Albany State is a big accomplishment for the former Turner Job Corps student.

Truett O'Neal said. "I think with us adding to the program, me and Marcus Jackson, we will be a nice asset to their team. Help them out a little bit. Marcus Jackson said. "I guess we opened doors for them too. Showing you can come from Albany Tech and play somewhere too."

Truett O'Neal is a very good pitcher and he says he would also like to play baseball for the Rams.
