ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Dougherty County Police responded to the scene of an overturned vehicle near the intersection of County Line Road and Sylvester Road Tuesday morning.
Dougherty County Police say the driver of a Ford Expedition was crossing Sylvester Road about 7:30AM, and pulled into the path of a Chevrolet Tahoe.
The Expedition flipped, but only minor injuries were reported.
The driver of the Expedition was charged with failure to yield.
