VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - A South Georgia company is offering free assistance to flood victims in Valdosta.

Over the next two Saturdays, Ray & Son Heating and Air Conditioning will help with demolition along with electrical and plumbing repairs.  Twenty-five company employees are volunteering.

They're also offering free Indoor Air Quality Assessments to ensure that the air doesn't contain contaminants. Deep discounts will be given on replacement air conditioning units.

"We're hoping we'll be able, as a company, through our volunteer employees, to be able to come in and help in the demolition and cleanup for the houses," says company president Gregg Ray.

Anyone in need of assistance can contact Ray & Son at 229-242-4677.
