ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A Moultrie man is charged with having sex with a 7-year old girl.
Sheriff's investigators say it wasn't the first time it happened. Investigators say, 27 year old Marco Lorenzo Tenario was arrested Sunday morning after the girl's mother heard noises in a room of the home.
The little girl told investigators it wasn't the first time he had molested her and that Tenario had threatened to beat her if she told on him.
