ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  Darton College is back at home for a weekend series against 3rd ranked Young Harris.

The Mountain Lions are 32-6 and have lost just three region games.

Darton is having solid season with an 11-7 conference record.

The Cavs though are hurting with catcher Tag Lanier and infielder Ben Inman out for this series with injuries and infielder Luis Cintron is questionable.

Darton will have ace Taylor Whitenton on the mound.

Whitenton has 44 strikeouts in 31 innings and faces a Young Harris team that is batting just under .400.

Glenn Eames said. "It is a classic matchup. You have got a club that is a power hitting club against a power pitcher. Taylor (Whitenton) has had some extremely strong outings where he has just dominated opponents. That is what we are hoping for tomorrow."

Game one is Friday at 7:00 p.m. at Darton with a doubleheader on Saturday.
