Carrollton, GA- The second ranked Valdosta State Blazers capped off their second consecutive perfect regular season this afternoon in a 19-3 win over West Georgia. The Blazers (11-0, 9-0) won their 27th straight regular season game Saturday behind quarterback Buster Faulkner's 19 of 32 passing for 188 yards and 1 touchdown. Valdosta State will now await a Sunday conference call to determine who they will face in the first round of the Division II playoffs. The Blazers have secured home field advantage through the first two rounds with their perfect record and conference title.
