Albany- Crafter, Joyce Bailey, is introducing her potato bracelets. The were on sale at a Christmas craft festival Saturday.
The sparkling jewelry is made out of real Irish spuds. Each piece is designed and strung by hand
"You cut them in little squares and them dry them on skewers, and then you take them off and put gold glitter on then, and then spray them with paint or clear lacquer," explains Bailey
She got the idea from a potato bracelet given to her by her daughter.
