ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A man is hospitalized in fair condition, after he was hit by an 18 wheeler Tuesday afternoon.

35-year-old Clinton Hayes was driving this black Cavalier north on Habersham Road a little after 5 o'clock. 

53-year-old Frank Bolling of Charleston, South Carolina was driving a semi on Oakridge Drive. Bolling didn't stop at the red light in time and crashed into the car. Hayes was transported to Phoebe.

Charges against Bolling are pending.
