ALBANY, GA (WALB) -An Albany gangster gunned down in a drive-by shooting earlier this month is now wanted himself.

Terrence Stephens is wanted for aggravated assault and weapons charges for his part in that March 9th shooting on South McKinley Street.

Police say Stephens was shot in the stomach with a shotgun by 56-year old Willie Jackson and Jackson's son Nakita Gilyard during a gang retaliation shootout.

Police says Stephens is a gang member known to carry a gun.
