ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Preliminary projections show Lee County could end this fiscal year in the black.

Lee County's Budget Committee met Wednesday with County Administrator Alan Ours to review the county's current budget before they begin working on next year. The county is under budget in seven different areas.

On Friday, department heads will turn in their projections for next fiscal year's budget.
