ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Police just released more details in the description of a man they are searching for who robbed a Johnson Road convenience store at gunpoint late Monday night.

Our cameras were there shortly after officers were called to the Liberty Quick Stop at 716 Johnson Road. Officials say just before a 8:30 p.m. a man with a burn mark on his face pointed a gun at the store clerk, Hinaber Patel, and demanded money.

He got away on foot with an undetermined amount of cash. Police are looking for a skinny black man in his early 20's. He was wearing a black jacket with a hoodie and had a red scarf over his mouth. If you have any information call CrimeStoppers at 229-436-TIPS.
