THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) – A 38-year-old Tift County man is facing multiple charges after investigators say he arranged sexual encounters with a 14-year-old girl over the Internet.

Thomas County deputies arrested Donnie Bromlow outside a public library in Thomasville. He was meeting the teen there for a tutor session.

Investigators say Bromlow met the girl at an Albany flea market and then chatted with her on Facebook. Sheriff's officials say the two met for sex on several occasions before the child's mother discovered the man had been talking to her daughter.

Bromlow is charged with child molestation, statutory rape, and sodomy. Child exploitation charges are pending.

He's being held in the Thomas County Jail.
