APD makes an arrest in murder cases

Albany Police arrested Willie Frank Lowe on a probation violation, but they believe that Lowe is involved in the deaths of 23-year-old Jerro Toye and 22-year-old Joshua Walls.

They were stabbed to death in a grassy parking area behind AppleJax Sports Bar and Lounge.
