This is 25-year old Cartavious Wallace, also known as Tyrone Ditzel. He's wanted for probation violation, failure to appear, burglary and child support contempt.
He's about 5'10" and his last known address was on the east side at 4823 Pinto Drive.

or Albany Crimestoppers at 229-436-TIPS. You don't have to give your name and you could get a reward of up to one thousand dollars.
