A violent Albany man who beat and threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend needs catching.
This is 23-year old Joshua Benyard. He's wanted for battery and making terroristic threats.
Albany Police say Benyard attacked his ex-girlfriend while she was holding a one year old child.
They say he threatened her with a knife and then beat her up and left. She was seriously injured. Thankfully, the child wasn't hurt. Benyard hasn't been seen since.
He's about 5'11. If you recognize him or know where police can find him, please call Albany Crimestoppers at 436-TIPS.
