Delivrine Registre joins the WALB news team from Miami. Though she will miss the Florida beaches, she is glad to trade in the hectic pace of the city for the laid-back lifestyle of Southwest Georgia.
She always knew she would be a reporter and pursued journalism because of her inquisitive nature. Before joining channel 10, she was a writer at WSVN-TV in Miami.
Delivrine also wrote for the community pages of the Miami Herald, And she interned at WPLG-TV and WFOR-TV's sports department.
She received her M.A. in Television Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami and her B.A. from Florida State University. Though she attended rival universities, she will always be a die-hard Seminoles fan.
