Coffee County - A Douglas teen was found dead Wednesday morning, killed in a hit and run accident.
Sixteen-year-old Jose Garcia was found dead around 6:00AM on Warren Carter Road just south of Douglas.
Georgia State Patrol investigators are trying to determine when he was hit and what kind of vehicle was involved.
He was found just a short distance from his home.
