Lake Park approves new flag

September 6, 2006

Lake Park - Lake Park is set to receive a new flag and city limit signs.

The Lake Park City Council voted unanimously on the design of the city flag, 116 years in the making.

The new flag is red and royal blue with an emblem of the city's official seal and 13 stars representing the original colonies.

You can expect to see the flag flying high this November with the city limit signs posted at the five ingress points to the City.
