Kids head to Wild Adventures

September 4, 2006

Valdosta - Labor Day weekend turned out to be a big one at Wild Adventures Theme Park.

The park in Valdosta is hosting its second annual KidzPalooza event.  25,000 people came to the park this weekend.

Wild Adventures officials say KidzPalooza offers new activities and shows not just for the kids, but the whole family.
"It's all about kids. We want kids of all ages whether they're young or young at heart to come out and really enjoy themselves. Aside from the wild rides, the animals, and normal shows we have hear, we've created a festival of great things for the kids," says Sara Sumner, Public Relations Coordinator at the Theme Park.

Those activities include new shows each weekend, an arts and crafts scavenger hunt, and picnics with Lady B and friends.

All KidzPalooza shows and events are included in the price of admission now through September 24.
