Posey powers VSU to sweep

VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - The Valdosta State softball team swept Albany State in a doubleheader Monday at Lady Blazer field.

The Lady Blazers win game one 13-0 and game two 16-0.

Former Lee County star Sam Posey led the Lady Blazers with five hits in the sweep with four of them homeruns.

Posey had 11 rbi's in the two games.

The VSU baseball team beat St. Leo 11-9.

Blazers scored five runs in the 8th inning.
