A man and woman steal more than a dozen packs of underwear from a Dougherty County Dollar General store, and the theft is caught on surveillance video.

Now Investigators ask you to take a look at this pair of underwear bandits, because they believe the pair may have pulled similar thefts of large amounts of underwear before.

The woman wore a pink shirt, and the man wore a green shirt with a white Atlanta Braves hat. This happened April 9th at 1:30 in the afternoon, at the Dollar General on the Liberty Expressway in South Dougherty County.

They stuffed 13 packs of men's T-shirts and briefs in the woman's purse, and inside their clothing, almost $80 worth. Investigators think this is not the first shoplifting by this pair of underwear bandits.

"We have had similar cases in the past, and seems to be a popular item. So we don't know for sure," said DCP Capt. Jimmy Sexton.

Investigators think they could be selling the stolen items at flea markets. If you have any information, you could earn a reward. Call the Dougherty County Police at 229-430-6600, or CRIMESTOPPERS at 229-436-TIPS.
