Albany, GA - (WALB) 23 year old Daniel Folsom is charged with three drug possession and distribution charges, including selling it within one thousand feet of a private school.
Folsom had more than a kilo of ecstasy, worth more than $300,000, delivered to his home Tuesday afternoon.
Drug agents posing as deliverymen took the package to Folsom's home in the 2100 block of Lullwater Road about 2 PM, and when he signed for the package he was arrested.
Albany drug agents are giving very little information, as the investigation into the huge amount of ecstasy continues by Dougherty County, state, and federal drug agents.
