UPDATE: Home invasion suspects denied bond

CAMILLA, GA (WALB) -

Three men suspected in a Mitchell County home invasion appeared before a superior court judge Wednesday.

Bond was denied for 23-year-old Demetrius Sharp, 19-year-old Theodore Jackson, and 19-year-old Bernard Ross.

Police say the trio broke in, and demanded money from men playing cards inside a mobile home at Hamilton Trailer Park, Friday March 3rd.

All three men face robbery, aggravated assault, and burglary charges, along with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

The suspects were armed, but did not fire a gun. One victim did suffer head injuries.

All three men are charged on two counts of armed robbery, six counts of aggravated assault, and one count of burglary, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Police say at least two of the men were wearing orange ski masks and dark clothing when they entered the home.
