Relay For Life lagging behind $150K goal

The annual Relay for Life fundraiser for the The American Cancer Society is coming up in a week, but the pledges aren't coming in nearly as quickly as organizers would like.

They're urging all 50 teams to make a strong fundraising push over the next week.

The goal is to collect $150,000 to help fight cancer, but they've only raised about $55,000 so far.

The Flock of Gulls team is raffling off two airline tickets. Cancer survivors get their first raffle ticket for free.

All donations are welcome and are tax deductible.

"In the next 10 days we're trying to raise $10,000 so we need the communities help, even if you can only donate $5 every little bit helps," Ella Campbell, Flock of Gulls Relay Team.

Anyone who donates $25 or more gets a free Little Caesar's pizza.
