Hundreds of Southwest Georgians are without power this morning due to the overnight storms.
Crews have road blocked several streets in East Albany including the 1200 block of Van Demon St. and Wingate Avenue, and Mobile Avenue due to power lines being down.
Crews are working hard to restore power at 2300 Newton Rd after several trees were found down over power lines.
The water is back on with the city of Damascus, however a boil water advisory is in place.
At least 5,000 Georgia Power customers are without power and hundreds of Water, Gas & Light customers are without power.
