Phoebe Putney's Hospital Authority will meet early Monday morning to hear the final details before closing with HCA to purchase Palmyra Medical Center.
Board members will be reviewing the final details of the lease and other asset transfers before the deal is complete.
Hospital officials say there's been a lot of paperwork that must be completed before the deal can go through.
They're hopeful the paperwork can be signed in the next two weeks.
