(WALB) - A driver who refused to stop for a minor traffic violation now faces much more serious charges.
Doerun Police tried to stop 35-year old Walter Neloms for a window tint violation Wednesday night.
He took off, speeding through Doerun before crashing in a ditch on Highway 133.
Neloms had a suspended license and was wanted on an outstanding warrant. He's now charged with attempting to elude police and several traffic violations.
He wasn't seriously hurt in the crash.
