VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -  Valdosta Police made an arrest in one of two shootings that happened over the weekend.

20-year old Dominic Porter is accused with shooting 38-year old Hai Ngo Friday night between two buildings at the LeMans Apartment Complex.

Porter is charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime and obstruction.

In the other case, an officer patrolling Fry Street heard a gunshot around 2 a.m, Sunday and found a 23-year-old Joshua Bridges in his car suffering from a bullet wound to the head.

Detectives haven't arrested anyone in that case.

Both shooting victims remain hospitalized Monday night.
