ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  An Albany man is charged with wearing his pants too low, and issued a saggy pants citation.

At Turtle Park on North Front Street, 21-year-old Michael Wayne was given a citation by Albany Police Thursday afternoon about 12:30.

The Officer said in his report that he had warned Wayne about the saggy pants ordinance

His pants were six inches below the lower part of his posterior 

Last week, and Thursday. In February Albany Police issued six saggy pants citations. They have written 14 so far this year.
