VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -  Another Hooters restaurant in south Georgia has closed.

The Valdosta restaurant shut down this week.

Thursday we came across a couple of bikers who saw the Hooters sign from the interstate and wanted to stop in.

They were disappointed to find the restaurant closed.

"We figured they'd have all the games so we thought we'd have the chance to watch the University of Kentucky game," said Barry Elswick.

"Well it's kind of a downer you know," said Tom Goble. "We wanted to have a cold beer eat some wings and watch a ball game but we can't do it."

The Albany restaurant closed a few weeks ago.

More recently, nine restaurants in the southeast were forced to close in a licensing disagreement with the Atlanta-based chain's new parent company.
