ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  The hallways of St. Teresa's Catholic School were a sea of green Thursday in honor of St. Patrick's Day.

Students wore green hair wigs, hats, green shirts and it was hard to find a face without a Shamrock on it. Several first grade boys were even sporting green mustaches today. A group of seventh grade girls danced an Irish gig in honor of St. Patrick's Day. That same class performed a play centered around St. Patrick.

"He preached to the people about the Holy Trinity, which is the three leaf clover, and it's God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit," said Zoe Collins, a seventh grader.

This was the schools 65th annual St. Patrick's Day celebration. Substitute teacher Gina Davies was celebrating her birthday today, and was decked out in Shamrock's and flashing beads.
