ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Forensic experts are investigating the death of Colquitt County man who died while burning off brush.
Investigators believe 69 year old Jerry Griner died of smoke inhalation and fell into the burning vegetation. His burnt body was found by a relative just north of the Thomas County line in Colquitt County along Highway 202 Wednesday afternoon.
An autopsy and additional tests hope to reveal more about Griner's cause of death.
