ALBANY, GA (WALB) –The Executive Director of the Fitzgerald housing authority has died after falling nearly 30-feet from a deer stand.
Lynn Sanford died of her head injuries Thanksgiving Day.
Sanford fell nearly 30-feet from a stand off Bethlehem Church Road a couple weeks ago.
We're told Sanford had a stroke in the stand and that caused her to fall.
She was 60-years old.
